Silver Spring Civic Center

I recently got a tour of the new civic center in DTSS. Below is a QTVR of the construction site showing the new building in relation to the ice skating pavilion (or at least where the ice skating pavilion will be) and a still image from that shoot.

A worker exits the new Silver Spring Civic Center through a side door in the anteroom. The builing at the corner of Fenton and Elsworth is scheduled to open in July.
